Join us for a festive 5k around the beautiful trails of Chatelherault Country Park.

You set your pace – run, jog or walk!

The event is geared towards 5 years plus.

Entry fees include a Santa costume (details below) & a festive medal.

A perfect 5k to finish 2026!

Timings:

Registration & costume pick up in The Stables from 10:00

Mass Santa Warm Up on the Front Lawn at 10:45

Race start time 11:00

Costume Information:

Adults (16yrs+): jacket, trousers, hat, beard & belt - one size fits all

Youths (9-15yrs): jacket, trousers, hat & belt

Juniors (5-8yrs): jacket, trousers & hat

Entry Cost:

Adults (16yrs+): £18.00

Youths (9-15yrs): £9.00

Juniors (5-8yrs): £9.00

Family Ticket (2 adults & 2 under 16’s): £45.00

How to register?

Registration opens Tuesday 1 September 2026 @ 09:00 and closes Thursday 3 December 2026 @ 23.59.

Car parking

There are plenty of car parking spaces around the ground of Chatelherault. Please follow event parking signs on the day.

Toilet and changing facilities

There are no dedicated changing areas. Runners are advised to come dressed in their runner gear, so it is easy to pop your Santa suit on top.

Toilets are located in the Stables or in the Main House.

What to bring?

Comfortable clothing to wear underneath your Santa Suit, sensible running/walking footwear and gloves.

Bag storage

Storage tags will be available from registration on the day.

Photography

There will be an official race photographer at the event, these pictures will be available on the event website, SLLC Facebook and twitter pages.
