We are currently aware the customers attempting payment using Royal Bank of Scotland and Natwest cards are experiencing issues with the bank declining payments, even with sufficient funds in the account.  

We are investigating this with the bank, and with Pay360 and hope to resolve this issue shortly.  In the meantime, if you have a card from another financial provider, please use this.
