1. I have not received a confirmation email from the event organiser.
Try checking your junk mail to check if your confirmation email has been sent there. If not, please get in touch using the contact email and we will check to make sure your entry has been processed.
2. Can I defer my place to next years event?
Please contact the event organiser and they will advise you on the deferral policy for their event. To find contact details for the event organiser look at the event website.
3. I will no longer be able to take part, can I get a refund?
Please contact the event organiser and they will advise you on the refund policy for their event. The event organiser will insturct Q-buster on wether a refund is due and we can then process it for you. To find contact details for the event organiser look at the event website.
4. Can I transfer my entry to another person wanting to do the same event?
Please contact the event organiser and they will advise you on the transfer policy for their event. The event organiser will insturct Q-buster on wether a transfer can be made and Q-buster can then process it for you. To find contact details for the event organiser look at the event website.
5. Can I change my entry to a different event within the same event, e.g. half marathon to marathon?

6. Can I change my details in the entry e.g. my club?
Use the contact us email to get in touch with Q-buster. Please give us as much information as possible on the details you wish to change.
7. I entered one event before a joint event was announced, can I change my entry to the joint event?
Please contact the event organiser and they will advise you on the transfer policy for their event. The event organiser will insturct Q-buster on wether a transfer can be made and Q-buster can then process it for you. To find contact details for the event organiser look at the event website.
8. When will I receive my event number and / or event-pack information?
The event number and / or event-pack information distribution is different for each event. Please check the event website to see if there is information provided about this, or contact the event organiser whose details should be on the event website.
9. I want further information on the course.

10. When I have tried to enter I can't pay right at the end of the process.
The entry money has been taken from my account but I haven't received a confirmation email (and no sign of entry in SC)
11. Can I run with my dog?

12. Can I run with pram?

13. Can I wear headphones?

14. I don't want to pay the admin fee, I want to enter on paper.

15. I have entered twice by mistake.
Please contact the event organiser and they will advise you on the refund policy for their event. The event organiser will insturct Q-buster on wether a refund for one of the entries can be made and Q-buster can then process it for you. 16. Can I change the information I have provided in my entry form e.g. PB / expected time?
Use the contact us email to get in touch with Q-buster. Please give us as much information as possible on the details you wish to change.
17. My payment has not been accepted (particularly with foreign bank card)
Try using an alternative bank card.
