Javelin Scotland - Winter Session 3

Third in our series of four testing days. The day will start at 10:00 - 12:00 with the Quadrathlon Test no. 3.

 Lunch 12:00 - 13:00. (1st Coaches/Parents Program discussing coaches concepts and ideas.)

13:00 - 15:00 Functional Javelin Throwing Drills and examples of Functional Strength and finally some Javelin Throwing.

As an added bonus any athletes who are accompanied by their coach will receive early bird entry to our Javelin Festival to be held later in the year. 

For the coaches/parents we would like to offer a 4 months get ready for the Season Coaches Program starting at the above event. We can sit down and chat over lunch break to discuss coaching concepts or ideas you have about the athletes you are currently working with. We can follow this up with 1 hour per month online chat.
