Please only enter two events!!!
We're looking to ensure as many athletes as possible get the chance to compete.
Date: Saturday 3rd August
Time: 12:00 - 15:00
Venue: Crownpoint
Events:
- 300m Hurdles (U17W)
- 400m Hurdles (U17M, U20W, U20M, SM, SW)
- 100m
- Sprint Hurdles
- 300m (U15W, U15M & U17W)
- 400m (U17M, U20W & over)
- High Jump (one pool)
- Triple Jump (one pool)
Entries:
Open to athletes in the Under 13 Age Group and above
Online Entry only - £8.50 per event
Max two events per athlete

Entries will operate on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis, once the event is full entries will close, so enter quick to avoid missing out.
However, we will operate a waiting list for all events, contact [email protected] if you wish to be added.
Please let us know if you are no longer able to compete.
Rough Timetable:
12:00 - 300m/400m Hurdles, High Jump
12:30 - 100m
14:00 - Sprint Hurdles, Triple Jump
14:30 - 300m/400m
Final Timetable will be comfirmed when entries close.
Prize pot:
There will be a “Prize Pot” available for each event if athletes break a specified time.
Any athlete to run the time will split the pot, i.e. if only one male runner runs the 10.70 he will take the full 100m pot, if two athletes run 10.70 they will each receive 1/2, and so on
for each event.
