Date: Saturday 22nd July 

Time: 11am-2pm

Venue: Scotstoun

Events:

• 100m (2 Rounds)
• Sprint Hurdles
• 300m Hurdles/ 400m Hurdles (available to athletes in the U17 age group and older)
•  

Entries: 

Open to athletes in the Under 13 Age Group and above

The maximum number of athletes for the meeting will be around 200. 

Online Entry only - £8.50 per event or £12 for two 100m races.

Entries will operate on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis, once the event is full entries will close, so enter quick to avoid missing out.   

However, we will operate a waiting list for all events, contact [email protected] if you wish to be added.

Timetable:

All events will run from slowest to fastest.

Rough timetable: 

11:00 - 100m (R1)

12:20 - Sprint hurdles 

12:50 - 300m/400m Hurdles 

13:10 - 100m (R2)

Final Timetable will be comfirmed when entries close. 

Prize pot:

There will be a “Prize Pot” available for each event if athletes break a specified time.
Any athlete to run the time will split the pot, i.e. if only one male runner runs the 10.65 he will take the £250 prize pot, if two athletes run 10.65 they will each receive £125, and so on
for each event.

£250 100m Women - 12.00
£125 110mH Men - 15.00
£125 100mH Women - 14.00
£125 400mH Men - 53.80
£125 400mH Women  - 62.80
