The return of the Christmas Cracker.

North Lanarkshire Council are delighted to announce that our new festive 5k the Christmas Cracker will be taking place this year on Sunday 13th December 2025 at Palacerigg Country Park.

In your registration pack you will receive your Race Number, Timing Chip, and your festive tshirt and Santa Hat which we hope you will wear during the event.

Your race pack has to be collected on the day at the registration area which will be open from 8:30am and closes 20 minutes before the race start.

We encourage participants to dress up and get into the festive spirit.

Please ensure you are there in plenty of time to get collect your pack and get to the start line.
