NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE NIGHT

START LISTS WILL BE ISSUED TO ALL ATHLETES ENTERED.

Event Fees-

Each event entered will cost £3.00

(Please note, a one off transaction fee of 60p will be charged; this is regardless wheather you enter 1,2 or 3 events. In a single transaction, the fee will be no more than 60p.)

TRACK EVENTS - Track events order of races will be seeded slowest times to fastest times across the heats.

PHOTOFINISH/ ELECTRONIC TIMING IS IN OPERATION FOR ALL TRACK EVENTS.

Indoor Open Graded Athletics Meeting

The meetings are open to male and female athletes in age groups Under 11 to Masters.
Participants must be aged 9 on the day of the open graded event to compete in Under 11 age group.
All entries must be amateurs according to UK Athletics rules for competition.
ENTRIES must be made on an official Indoor Open Graded Athletics form and be accompanied by the correct fee of £3 per event.

Registration and Declarations

Registration and declarations will be open from 10AM
A separate entry form MUST be completed for each registered event if you register at the venue.
Officials will try to accommodate as best as possible competitors who are competing in multiple events.
Declarations will close approximately 30 minutes before published start time of the event, all athletes are required to collect their athlete number before this time.
Publish start times are subject to change and will be reviewed 7 days before the event and again on the day of the event pending entry numbers.
Sprint Hurdles: Age groups may be combined in the case of low entries but appropriate hurdle specifications for each group will be used.
A heat for wheelchair athletes can be provided in all appropriate events if requested.
Requests for events not on the programme will be considered, provided that two weeks notice is given and the availability of officials is confirmed.
