NLC Run, Jump and Throw Festival

The return of our Run, Throw and Jump Festivals. 

This event is for participants within our Run, Throw and Jump classes (5 to 12 years). This event will take place on Saturday 8th June at Wishaw Sports Centre (Outdoor Track).

All equipment will be provided, please bring suitable clothing, footwear and plenty of fluids.

The timings for the age groups will be;

5 to 8 Years

9am Registration

9.30am to 10.45am - Take part in Five Events

10.45am to 11am - Closing Ceremony

5 to 8 Years

11.15am Registration

11.30am to 12.45pm - Take part in Five Events

12.45am to 1pm - Closing Ceremony

On the day the events will include timed running (40m, 60m and endurance), Long Jump, Triple Jump, Javelin, Shot Put and Hammer Throwing. Please note for ages 5 to 8, some events will be different to 9 to 12 years. Everyone will take part in 5 events on the day.
