Event Fees-
Each event entered will cost £3.00
(Please note, a one off transaction fee of 60p will be charged; this is regardless wheather you enter 1,2 or 3 events. In a single transaction, the fee will be no more than 60p.)
TRACK EVENTS - Track events order of races will be seeded slowest times to fastest times across the heats.
PHOTOFINISH/ ELECTRONIC TIMING IS IN OPERATION FOR ALL TRACK EVENTS.

Indoor Open Graded Athletics Meeting
- The meetings are open to male and female athletes in age groups Under 11 to Masters.
- Participants must be aged 9 on the day of the open graded event to compete in Under 11 age group.
- All entries must be amateurs according to UK Athletics rules for competition.
- ENTRIES must be made on an official Indoor Open Graded Athletics form and be accompanied by the correct fee of £3 per event.
Registration and Declarations
- Registration and declarations will be open from 5:30pm.
- A separate entry form MUST be completed for each registered event if you register at the venue.
- Officials will try to accommodate as best as possible competitors who are competing in multiple events.
- Declarations will close approximately 30 minutes before published start time of the event, all athletes are required to collect their athlete number before this time.
- Publish start times are subject to change and will be reviewed 7 days before the event and again on the day of the event pending entry numbers.
- Sprint Hurdles: Age groups may be combined in the case of low entries but appropriate hurdle specifications for each group will be used.
- A heat for wheelchair athletes can be provided in all appropriate events if requested.
- Requests for events not on the programme will be considered, provided that two weeks notice is given and the availability of officials is confirmed.
