Meeting 6.25pm at the Bridge Strathcyle park

10 mins nice easy jog warm up + Drills

Main Session:        

3 min Rep, (30 seconds recovery) - 3 min Rep back slightly faster than first 3 mins

1 minute recovery

2 min Rep, (30 seconds recovery) - 2 min Rep back slightly faster than first 2 mins

1 min recovery

1 min Rep, 30 seconds recovery) - 1 min Rep back slightly faster than first 1 min

Doing this session through twice

The main aim of this session is to try and hold a good strong pace for all reps on the way out (roughly 10k pace, then upping the pace slightly for reps on the way back, covering slighlty more distance.  

Holding the same pace/Intensity for both sets.

5 min cool down and stretching     JOB DONE :)
